Children under 6 years of age and physically disabled * free

Children from 6 to 15 years of age   120 CZK

Students with ISIC and pensioners    330 CZK

Adults                               400 CZK

Fee for a private tour guide – 2000 CZK Payment is in advance and the fee is non-refundable in case of cancelling within 5 workdays before the tour! This decision is based on our negative experience from the previous years when many people had made a reservation and then didn’t show up without letting us know about cancelling. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Time of such tour is settled on individual basis via guide-info@muzeum-studene-valky.cz.

There´s a chance to settle special conditions for groups with more than 10 people.

Since some of the rooms are quite small, the number of the visitors is limited.

7 adults and 4 children or combination up to 1 adult and 9 children.

Our Museum is located under the Jalta Hotel and it´s necessary to make a reservation before your visit.

Reservation must be made at least 5 hours before the tour.

Please try to arrive 5 minutes before the start of the tour. In case you arrive later, the tour will be shortened.

If you couldn´t arrive on a booked date, please let us know at guide-info@muzeum-studene-valky.cz

Admission is to be paid by the guide before the tour starts.

Rules of the Museum

• Do not touch the exhibits.
• Do not step over the ropes.
• The visitor shall follow the instructions of the tour guide.
• It´s forbidden to consume or drink in the museum.
• There´s no problem with taking pictures. If you want to record something, you have to ask the tour guide.
• The highest number of visitors in one group is 7 adults.
• A visitor behaves appropriately to prevent damage to the museum or to its own health.
• A visitor stays with the rest of the group and doesn´t walk around arbitrarily.
• If the visitor breaks the rules, the tour guide is allowed to end the tour. Admission won´t be paid back.
